Adding Newman University Microsoft email to your Smart Phone

Setup

1. After downloading the app, you will come to this screen - click "ADD ACCOUNT
   
   

2. Type in your your full e-mail and click "Setup Account Manually"
   
   

3. Select Microsoft 365:
   

4. Click "Open Authenticator"
   
   

5. This will open a new app to sign in and type in your e-mail password:
   
   
   
   

6. You will need to open up the authenticator app that you have set up and copy the code:

7. This has added your account and brings you to the final screen: Click "Maybe Later" and you are good to go!
